PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

- You must notify us within 3 days of the delivery date that you want to make a return. The return must be received no later than 14 days from the date of notification that you want to make a return.
- Customer must provide their own shipping labels with a tracking number. Please, keep your receipts from the shipping carrier. We advise all returns to be shipped with shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, you will have to cover the cost for an item to be reshipped.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
POSTER STATUS reserves the right to refuse, deny, and/or cancel any returns from customers due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns history
- Worn, altered, damaged or missing items
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days. All orders are shipped out every Tuesday or Friday. You'll receive a tracking number, once your order has been processed.
Shipping Time: Please, allow 2-3 Business Days for your package to arrive after being shipped.
Out of Stock Items: If you order multiple items, and one (or more) of those items are determined to be out of stock, we will try our best to contact you to see how to proceed with your order. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will ship the items that are in stock and provide a refund for the out of stock items.
Delivery Claims: If you experience a delivery being lost or stolen, we will assist you with working with the shipping carrier. You must contact us within 7 days to file a claim. Claims can take up to 30 days to be resolved. POSTER STATUS does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. We will not issue a refund nor credit for purchases that have been confirmed "delivered" by the shipping carrier.
Please, make sure you have entered the correct shipping information, to ensure no delays when delivering your order. We do not take responsibility for incorrectly addressed orders.
